Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Unless otherwise agreed, we ship in Germany and throughout Europe with DPD. In addition, we ship with DHL or UPS.
Express shipping is possible at any time with cost absorption and by arrangement.

Shipping costs

All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT.

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

We calculate the shipping costs within Germany according to shipping weight.

Deliveries abroad

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 4 – 15 days, for deliveries abroad within 15 -31 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
