Burned Wood – traditional craftsmanship in interior design/
The Yakisugi pendant light from the C series combines old craftsmanship with modern design. Its geometric lampshade is made from solid wood, which is given the look of superficially burnt wood in a special process. This centuries-old Japanese technique not only makes the material noble, but also more durable.
The deep black surface with a tactile texture and slight sheen subtly absorbs the light. Each luminaire is unique – characterized by grain, depth and precision craftsmanship.
The dark, organic surface forms a fascinating contrast to the clear lines of the design. The result is a luminaire that makes a powerful statement in both minimalist and material-accentuated interiors – minimalist, natural and uncompromisingly modern.

The Burned Wood luminaire is ideal for use above dining tables, kitchen islands or in rooms with a warm, architectural character. It harmonizes particularly well with concrete and wood and provides strong but natural accents. Its striking surface emphasizes rooms with design aspirations and brings depth and calm to modern interiors. Both the textile cable and the wire cables can be shortened individually so that the luminaire can be optimally adapted to any room height.

Each luminaire is individually made to order in our Brandenburg factory. Resource-saving production, short supply chains and a modular design guarantee longevity: all components can be repaired, replaced or recycled.
Textile cables and wire ropes can be shortened to the desired length. Assembly is simple and straightforward thanks to the enclosed instructions.
